When I first picked up a camera I simply photographed those closest to me: Friends and Family
It was simple: take my camera everywhere and hope people let me take their picture.
When thinking of how I became a photographer, I always think of that saying, “dress for the job you want”. Becoming a photographer is simply deciding to carry a camera where ever you go, and shooting at every chance you get. And eventually you get good and people start calling you a photographer. And once I gained the knowledge and confidence to compose, capture, and edit, I began to position myself to work outside my circle of friends and family. And when one has a service or commodity to offer, one must go where its needed.
